The broken Twitter isn’t a new problem as the t.co shortlinks were also facing outages a few days ago. The new outage made users furious as this was the second time in a week that the site was not working.
The error message displays, “Welcome to your timeline”
The reports are coming that the site has been restored for many users. However, many are still seeing outages.
